RESULTS OF THE RAH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of RAH
shareholders held on Wednesday, 24 November 2010, the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed in terms of the notice of annual general meeting dated
29 September 2010 were all passed by the requisite majorities.
The special resolution will be lodged with CIPRO for registration in due
course
