REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Unitholders are advised that at the sixth annual general meeting of the
shareholders of Hospitality, held today, 24 November 2010, all the resolutions
were passed other than the resolution giving the directors the general authority
to issue ordinary shares for cash.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
