TRADING STATEMENT FOR 6 MONTH PERIOD ENDED 31 AUGUST 2010
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be
reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the period
as previously published.
Shareholders are advised that the company`s earnings per share ("EPS")and
headline earnings per share ("HEPS") for the six months ended 31 August 2010 are
expected to reflect a loss of between 2,02 cents and 2,05 cents per share
compared to the EPS and HEPS which reflected a loss of 1,01 cents per share for
the previous corresponding period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has been
reviewed by Chrometco`s auditors, RSM Betty & Dickson (Johannesburg).
The company`s results for the 6 month period ended 31 August 2010 are expected
to be published on SENS on or about 29 November 2010.
