RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolutions proposed at the AGM of Sasfin held on Thursday, 25 November 2010,
were approved unanimously by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special
resolutions will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office, for registration in due course.
