WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY AND NEW CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 14 October 2010, 8 September 2010,
28 July 2010 and 8 June 2010 respectively, shareholders are advised that
negotiations have been terminated and caution is no longer required to be
exercised by shareholders when dealing in their securities. Shareholders are
further advised that the company has entered into new negotiations, which if
successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price of the company`s
securities. Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a full announcement has been made.
