CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Norman Axten has been appointed as Non-Executive
Chairman of the Group with effect from 26 November 2010. Norman Axten thus
replaces Martin Glatt who has retired with effect from 26 November 2010 as
announced on 3 September 2010.
The board welcomes Norman Axten as its new Non-Executive Chairman and wishes to
thank Martin Glatt for his valuable contribution to the Group over the past 23
years.
