Shareholders are advised that an application for suspension of trade in the
company`s share has been made to the JSE Limited today as the company has been
made aware of developments that may make an application by the board for the
provisional liquidation of the company a possibility.
A board meeting is due to be held at 14h00 today, 26 November 2010, at which
board meeting a decision will be made.
Shareholders will be kept informed.
