ANNOUNCEMENT: TERMINATION OF SECONDARY LISTING ON THE NAMIBIAN STOCK EXCHANGE
Following the unbundling of Wooltru Limited and the commencement of a process of
voluntary liquidation in 2002, which process has been delayed by circumstances
beyond the control of the Company, Wooltru Ordinary Shareholders and Wooltru `N`
Ordinary Shareholders are advised that the Namibian Stock Exchange (`NSX`) has
approved the termination of the secondary listings on the NSX (`the
termination`). The primary listings on the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
(`JSE`) remain unaffected.
The salient dates and times pertaining to the termination are as follows:
2005
Last day to trade on the NSX Friday, 13 May
Suspension on NSX at commencement of trade on
Monday, 16 May
Record date Friday, 20 May
Termination of listing on NSX at commencement
of trade on Monday, 23 May
Namibian shareholders may continue dealing in the Company`s securities on the
JSE in dematerialised format (uncertificated), and will continue to have access,
via SENS announcements on the JSE, to all relevant information pertaining to the
Company. No trades can take place on the JSE in certificated format.
A letter, setting out details regarding the termination, will be mailed to
Namibian shareholders in due course.
