OUTCOME OF KHUMAMA PLATINUM ARBITRATION
Shareholders of Mvela Resources are advised that an award in respect of the
arbitration between the group and the former shareholders of Khumama Platinum
(Pty) Limited ("the Khumama claimants") was issued today.
The arbitrator has decided against the Khumama claimants and awarded costs to
Mvela Resources. The unbundling strategy will now be able to proceed.
Further detail on the unbundling process including timing of the various
unbundling steps will be announced to shareholders in due course.
