TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably
certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on next will be
different from the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the Group results for the six months
ended 31 August 2010 ("the reporting period") have shown a decline when compared
to the previous corresponding period. Consequently, headline earnings and
earnings per share are expected to be between 120% and 130% lower than those
achieved in the previous corresponding period.
The unaudited interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2010 are
expected to be published at the end of November 2010.
