NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICES OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND GENERAL MEETING
The Clicks Group annual report for the year ended 31 August 2010, which includes
the notice of the annual general meeting to be held on Tuesday, 18 January 2011,
together with the circular for the proposed broad-based black economic
empowerment transaction ("Circular") were mailed to shareholders today. The
annual report and the Circular are both available online on the Clicks Group
website (www.clicksgroup.co.za).
NO CHANGE STATEMENT
The annual report contains no changes from the reviewed preliminary group
results published on SENS on 21 October 2010. The annual financial statements
contained in the annual report were audited by the group`s auditors, KPMG Inc.
Their report which is incorporated in the annual report is also available for
inspection at the group`s registered office.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the fifteenth annual general meeting of shareholders
will be held at the registered office of the Clicks Group, corner Searle and
Pontac Streets, Cape Town on Tuesday, 18 January 2011 at 10:00 to transact the
business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting which is incorporated
in the annual report.
NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of shareholders will be held at
the registered office of the Clicks Group, corner Searle and Pontac Streets,
Cape Town on Tuesday, 18 January 2011 at the later of 11:00 or 30 minutes after
the conclusion of the annual general meeting to transact the business as stated
in the notice of general meeting contained in the Circular.
