Renewal of the cautionary announcement
Further to the detailed cautionary announcement released on SENS on 23 September
2010, shareholders are advised that the Company is continuing its negotiations
to agree the terms of the convertible loan with Escalator Capital Limited
("Escalator"), which follows the signing of the first loan agreement for R1
million as previously announced.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
