Results of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that at the Super Group Annual General Meeting held on
Monday, 29 November 2010, the requisite majority of shareholders passed all the
ordinary resolutions and one special resolution contained in the Notice of
Annual General Meeting dated 29 October 2010.
Shareholders representing 67.8% of the issued share capital in Super Group
(excluding treasury shares) were present in person or by proxy at the meeting.
The special resolution will now be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration.
