RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of GPI are hereby advised that Mr. Ralph Gordon Freese
has resigned as non-executive director of the Company with effect from
Thursday, 25 November 2010.
The board wishes to thank Mr. Freese for his valued contributions during his
tenure as a non-executive director of the company since 20 July 1997, and bid
him well with his future endeavors.
