CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE - RESIGNATION OF DR NIGEL PRESTON
Shareholders are advised that Dr Nigel Preston has resigned as a director of
Control Instruments with effect from 26 November 2010. Dr Preston will be
leaving the employ of Pi Shurlok Limited (UK) where he has been COO of
International Operations in due course.
Dr Preston`s responsibilities will be assumed by existing senior staff
members at Pi Shurlok`s international operations.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Dr Preston for his role in
setting up core structures in the international business and in particular
for laying strong foundations for the rollout of products containing
Intellectual Property owned by Pi Shurlok Limited.
Pi Shurlok designs, develops and manufactures electronics for the OEM
automotive industry and has facilities in Cambridge (UK), Detroit (USA) and
Pietermaritzburg (SA).
