NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009, was posted to
shareholders on Monday, 29 November 2010 and contains no changes to the audited
results which were announced on SENS on Friday, 30 April 2010 and in the press
on Monday, 3 May 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Command shareholders
will be held at The Lord Charles Hotel, corner Faure and Stellenbosch Roads,
Somerset West, Cape Town on Tuesday, 21 December 2010 at 09:00, to transact
business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting of shareholders
circulated together with the annual financial statements.
