Withdrawal of the announcement of Change in Depositary Bank
Mustek wishes to withdraw the announcement dated 30 September 2010, stating that
the Company`s appointment of Mega International Commercial Bank Co. Ltd. ("Mega
ICBC") as the Depositary Bank for the Company`s Taiwan Depositary Receipts will
be terminated with effect from 31 December 2010.
The Company hereby confirms that Mega ICBC still acts as its Depositary Bank for
the Company`s Taiwan Depositary Receipts , and Standard Bank of South Africa
Limited remains to act as its custodian for safekeeping the underlying shares.
