Board Appointment
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Gregory James Heron as
non-executive Director of Redefine International plc with effect from 29
November 2010.
Greg Heron, 45, has been a Chartered Accountant for nearly 20 years. He is
currently a Director of Redefine Properties Limited and co-founder and
Managing Director of Clearwater Capital (Proprietary) Limited. Previously
he was Divisional Director of Nedbank Property Finance in South Africa until
2005.
There are no further details required to be disclosed under paragraph g of
Schedule 2 of the AIM rules.
