REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the eleventh annual general meeting of the shareholders of Discovery held
today, 30 November 2010, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at
the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
