RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr William Somerville has tendered
his resignation as Company Secretary with effect from 23 December 2010. In the
interests of cost containment, the board intends that going forward company
secretarial services will be provided from within the company.
An announcement will be made by the Company once a new company secretary has
been appointed by the board of directors.
