RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are notified that at the annual general meeting of shareholders
held on 30 November 2010, all the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolution proposed thereat were duly passed by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due course.
