DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND NUMBERS 149 AND 150 ON THE 6% CUMULATIVE PARTICIPATING
PREFERENCE SHARES
Notice is hereby given that cash dividend number 149 on the 6% cumulative
participating preference shares ("preference shares") for the six months ending
31 December 2010 at the rate of 6% per annum, (6 cents per preference share),
together with cash dividend number 150, being the participation dividend of 21%
(42 cents per preference share) will be paid on Tuesday, 28 December 2010 to all
preference shareholders recorded in the register of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 24 December 2010.
The salient dates of the preference dividend are as follows:
Last date to trade cum dividend Friday, 17 December 2010
Shares trade ex-dividend Monday, 20 December 2010
Record date Friday, 24 December 2010
Payment date Tuesday, 28 December 2010
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
