DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND NUMBER 131 ON THE 6% CUMULATIVE PREFERENCE SHARES
Notice is hereby given that cash dividend number 131 on the 6% cumulative
preference shares ("preference shares") for the six months ending 31 December
2010 at the rate of 6% per annum, (6 cents per preference share), will be paid
on Tuesday, 28 December 2010 to all preference shareholders recorded in the
register of the company at the close of business on Friday, 24 December 2010.
The salient dates of the preference dividend are as follows:
