RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Shareholders are advised that, at the AGM held at the Southern Sun Grayston
Sandton, corner Grayston Drive and Rivonia Road, Sandton, Johannesburg, Gauteng
on Monday, 30 November 2010, all the ordinary resolutions set out in the Notice
of AGM, dated 8 November 2010, were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
During a brief business review the Chief Executive Officer commented that all
operations are on track and all expectations for the year remain positive.
