SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION OF THE ACQUISITION OF FABZ ESTATE HOTEL AND
RESTAURANT
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 2 October 2009 when it
was announced that Alawill Investments (Pty) Limited , a wholly owned subsidiary
of Gooderson, has purchased as a going concern the business of the Fabz Estate
Hotel and Restaurant including the property on which it is situated from Crown
Hill Properties 371 CC.
All of the terms and conditions of the acquisition have now been met and the
acquisition has become unconditional in all respects.
