CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Paul Baloyi has resigned as Independent
non-executive chairman and director of the Company with effect from 30
November 2010.
The board wishes to thank Paul for his valuable contribution to the company.
Jonathan Scott who is currently an independent non-executive director of the
company, was appointed to the board as an Independent non-executive chairman
with effect from 30 November 2010.
