Uranium One Announces Dividend Exchange Rate
Johannesburg, South Africa - Uranium One Inc. ("Uranium One") announced
today that it has set the US dollar to South African rand exchange rate for
the South African portion of the special dividend of US$1.06 per share which
is payable on December 20, 2010, to shareholders of record (other than JSC
Atomredmetzoloto and its affiliates) at the close of business on December
10, 2010. South African shareholders will receive ZAR7.44 per share, being
US$1.06 converted at the rate of US$1.00 = ZAR7.02.
