Declaration of interim dividend to Trustco shareholders
The directors of Trustco are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has
passed a resolution, on 01 December 2010 to pay an interim dividend of 1.5 cents
per share for the financial period ended 30 September 2010.
The salient dates for the payment of this dividend are set out below:
Last day to trade cum dividend Friday, 07 January 2011
Trading ex dividend commences Monday, 10 January 2011
Record date Friday, 14 January 2011
Payment date Thursday, 27 January 2011
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
10 January 2011, and Friday, 14 January 2011, both days included.
Shareholders are further advised that a 10% non-resident shareholder`s tax on
the declared dividend will be applicable to all shareholders with addresses
outside of Namibia.
