NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2010
will be dispatched on or about 7 December 2010 and contains no modifications to
the reviewed provisional results published on 30 September 2010. The Annual
Report will also be available to download from the Top Fix website at
www.topfixholdings.co.za.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Top
Fix will be held at the Protea Hotel, Midrand at 11:00am on Thursday 17 February
2011, to conduct the business stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting, which is contained in the Annual Report.
