RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr M H Buthelezi has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with
immediate effect owing to work commitments. Mr Buthelezi has been a Board Member
since July 2004 and has served as a member and as the chairman of the Audit
Committee.
The Board and management of the Company thank Mr Buthelezi for his valuable
contribution to the Board and the Audit Committee and wish him the very best in
the future.
