RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF PREFERENCE SHAREHOLDERS
Preference shareholders are referred to the circular, issued by the Company to
its preference shareholders on 11 November 2010, convening a general meeting of
the preference shareholders of the Company on Friday, 3 December 2010.
The Company is pleased to announce that at the aforementioned general meeting of
preference shareholders of PSG Financial Services held on Friday, 3 December
2010, at 1st Floor, Ou Kollege, 35 Kerk Street, Stellenbosch, the special
resolution and ordinary resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of
preference shareholders, without any modification.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for
registration in due course.
