DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON REMGRO LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("REMIDH")
With reference to the interim dividend announcement, the Directors of Remgro
Limited have declared an interim dividend of 101 cents per ordinary share
payable on Monday, 17 January 2011 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 14 January 2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, REMIDH,
will receive a Remgro Limited interim dividend of 101 cents per security payable
on Monday, 17 January 2011, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 7 January 2011.
REMIDH Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 10 January 2011, and the record date
will be Friday, 14 January 2011.
