RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
ARM shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of
shareholders of ARM held on Friday, 3 December 2010, all the resolutions as
set out in the notice of annual general meeting included in the 2010
integrated annual report, which was posted to shareholders on Tuesday, 9
November 2010, were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders present
in person or represented by proxy.
