CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
Unitholders are advised of the following changes to the board of directors of
Hyprop:
Mike Lewin and David Rice have been appointed to the board as non-executive
directors, with immediate effect.
Mike Lewin has in excess of 20 years experience in the property industry and
heads the group retail division of Redefine Properties Limited ("Redefine").
He was previously with Edgars Consolidated Stores Limited for eighteen years,
where he served as their property development executive.
David Rice has more than 20 years experience in the property industry. He was
managing director of ApexHi Properties Limited ("ApexHi") from 2006 until the
merger of ApexHi, Redefine and Madison Property Fund Managers Holdings
Limited in July 2009, whereupon he was appointed as the director responsible
for all aspects of the operations of the Redefine portfolio, which includes
both asset and property management.
Makhosazana ("Khosi") Sibisi has with effect from 1 December 2010, resigned
from her position as an independent non-executive director on the board.
The board of Hyprop thanks Khosi for her years of valued service to the
company.
