The FSR Unbundling
With reference to the recent unbundling announcement by Firstrand Limited, the
shareholders will receive 16.8766 (MMI) MMI Holdings Limited shares for every
100 Firstrand Limited.
Details Of The Event:
* Last day to trade in order to be eligible for the unbundling is Friday, 3
December 2010.
* Record date for the unbundling will be Friday, 10 December 2010.
Holders Of The FSRNNF Share Instalment Will Be Affected In The Following Way:
- For every 100 FSRNNF share instalments held, holders will receive 16.8766
MMI Holdings Limited shares (ZAE000149902). Please note that holders will
receive the actual MMI Holdings Limited shares and not share instalments.
Standard rounding will apply.
- Distribution of MMI shares will be Monday, 13 December 2010.
