Withdrawal of cautionary announcement
Hudaco shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 21 October
2010, advising that the board of directors of Hudaco had received an expression
of interest which may lead to an offer being made to acquire the entire issued
share capital of Hudaco.
Specific deadlines pertaining to the expression of interest have lapsed
therefore if any offer is to be made, it will have to be on the basis of a new
expression of interest. Accordingly, shareholders are advised that they are no
longer required to exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s securities.
