DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
Following the general issue of shares for cash ("General Issue") as announced on
SENS on 25 November 2010, the four founding directors of Metmar ("the
Directors") have agreed to dispose of some of their personal shareholding in
Metmar, so as to:
assist in creating further liquidity in Metmar;
partially bridge the shortfall/gap in the placement of the 30 318 323 Metmar
ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in terms of the General Issue which was as a
result of the General Issue being 253% oversubscribed; and
facilitate the staged exit (retirement) of one of the Directors Mr GR Forsdyke.
By making a combined 20 000 000 additional Ordinary Shares available to
investors, the Directors will effectively:
improve the free-float in Metmar from 40.5% (post the General Issue) to 49.1%;
whilst
retaining a combined exposure of 42.6% in Metmar`s issued share capital.
In compliance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings
