Lonrho Plc (AIM:LONR) today announces that it was informed on 30 November 2010
by BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited that BlackRock, Inc, hold
90,526,973 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.73% of the Company`s
issued share capital.
In addition, the Company were informed that BlackRock, Inc hold 22,235,620
convertible bonds, representing 1.90% of the Company`s issued share capital.
