CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of the Company are advised that Makosizana Sibisi has
informed the Board that she has a number of offshore commitments which will
impact negatively on the future time she will have available for her duties as a
Director of Iliad. In the circumstances she has tendered her resignation as an
independent non-executive director of Iliad effective 3rd January 2011.
We thank Khosi for her contribution during her five years of service with the
Company and wish her the best with her future endeavours.
