RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Sovereign shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement
published by the Company on SENS on Monday, 15 November 2010 regarding the
notice of general meeting which was held by the Company today ("General
Meeting"), and are advised that at the General Meeting, the special resolution
and ordinary resolutions necessary to implement the rights offer were approved
by the requisite majority of Shareholders present thereat and represented by
proxy.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
