a possible quarterly distribution by the ETF to the holders of BettaBeta EWT40

Securities trade "ex" distribution Friday, 24 December 2010
Record date Friday, 31 December 2010
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment date will
be made within 14 business days after the record date.
