HOLDING IN COMPANY & DIRECTOR`S DEALINGS
The Company was notified on 7 December 2010 that Mrs J Yates had sold 746,443
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of
ZAR1.12 per Share, for a total consideration of ZAR830,164.24.
Mr Robert Still, a non-executive director of the Company, is an immediate
family member of Mrs J Yates. Mr Still is therefore deemed to have an
indirect, non-beneficial interest in Mrs Yates`s holding in the Company.
Following this transaction Mr Still has a direct interest in 4,000,000
Shares, representing 0.28% of the issued share capital of the Company and a
total indirect, non-beneficial interest in 41,824,408 Shares representing
2.90% of the issued share capital of the Company.
