RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Dr Mathews Phosa has tendered his resignation as a
non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
The chairman of the board of directors would like to thank Dr Phosa for his
contribution to the Company during his tenure as a non-executive director.
