Shareholders of Village are advised that, at the company`s annual general
meeting held on Thursday, 09 December 2010, all resolutions as set out in the
notice of annual general meeting were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders present and voting or represented by proxy.
The special resolutions will be submitted to the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration in due course.
