Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 31 July 2010
was dispatched on 9 December 2010 and contains no modifications to the reviewed
provisional results published on 7 October 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
SecureData will be held on Wednesday, 26 January 2011 at 12:00 in the boardroom
of SecureData, Medscheme Office Park, Ground Floor South, 10 Muswell Road South,
Bryanston to conduct the business stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting, which is contained in the annual report.
