Shareholders are notified that at the company`s annual general meeting held on
Thursday, 9 December 2010, the ordinary and special resolutions proposed were
passed by the requisite majorities. The special resolution to enable the company
to repurchase its own shares will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies in
due course.
