Metropolitan Holdings Limited (MET) changed its name to MMI Holdings Limited
(MMI) on Monday, 29th November 2010. As a result of the subsequent unbundling by
FirstRand of its entire shareholding in Metropolitan to its ordinary
shareholders, the holders of the FSRIHG will receive 16.8766 MMI stock for every
100 FSRIHG held. No adjustments have been made to the Strike or barrier levels.
Firstrand Limited (FSR), shareholders will receive 16.8766 MMI Holdings Limited
(MMI) shares for every 100 FSR shares held. With regard to this unbundling the
abovementioned adjustments were made to positions on Monday, 06th December 2010
(Ex date).
Record date for FirstRand ordinary shareholders to participate in the unbundling
of the MMI Holdings is Friday 10 December.
