CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised that, executive director Mr Richard Moss has resigned
from the Austro board and as Managing Director of the Group`s Wood Division,
effective 31 December 2010.
Mr Moss has managed the integration of a number of entities acquired over a
period of time in the Group`s Wood division, overseen the implementation of new
systems and laid the foundation for the division`s strategy for the short to
midterm. Having joined the company through an acquisition, with a brief to
achieve integration in the Wood division, he has now come to a natural exit
point and is confident that the Division is well positioned to perform
effectively into the future.
The board of Austro thanks Mr Moss for his service to the company and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.
