CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the company wishes to announce the following changes to the board of
directors of Huge:
Ms Yvette Neverling has been appointed as acting Group Financial Director with
effect from 8 December 2010.
Yvette qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2007. She was appointed as
financial manager at Huge Telecom (Pty) Ltd in November 2009.
Prior to joining Huge Telecom Yvette was the financial accountant at Investec
Private Bank.
Mr Don Tredoux, a non-executive director, has resigned from the Board of Huge
Group with effect from 8 December 2010. The Board would like to thank Don for
his contribution to the Board.
