CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
- Mr N C K Vinay, Chief Financial Officer of Masonite, has been appointed as
financial director to the board of Masonite;
- Mr M J Erceg has been appointed as a non-executive director to the board of
Masonite, and
- Mr F J Lynch, currently a non-executive director to the board of Masonite
has resigned from the board of Masonite.
The above appointments and resignation are effective immediately.
